Spiritual Healing As inspired by the teachings of Paramhansa Yogananda Aruna's Spiritual healing session is a blend of practices from many spiritual traditions and Master Teachers, and is heavily influenced by the work of Yogic principles. Your practitioner will incorporate prayer, mantras, energy healing, and sacred readings, and lead you in guided visualization, breathwork, and other methods to help you surrender to the highest healing vibrations. One hour session $50
Soul Renewal Soul Renewal is a process of inner child healing and reintegration of the core parts of the Self that may have become fragmented due to loss, trauma, past life influences, and family/societal programming and conditioning that no longer serves you. Soul Renewal examines the karmic lessons connected to your specific situation as the ultimate vehicle to completion. Soul Renewal utilizes soul retrieval, energy healing, meditation/guided imagery, and other self discovery exercises. It is performed in three sessions. The first is an intake of the situation to identify the key issue(s), session two is the actual soul renewal session, and session three is a follow up to check your progress. The soul renewal package can be done in person or via telephone by special appointment. Soul Renewal package $ 200
