Reiki
Reiki (ray-key) is the practice of channeling the Universal Life Force energy that naturally exists around us to a specific living being, object, or situation. Practitioners serve as conduits of Planetary/Divine Energy and are able to use their hands as instruments of love, light, and healing. A truly transformative energy, Reiki is not limited to physical conditions--it can be applied to help overcome obstacles, accelerate spiritual growth, and manifest desires that are in alignment with your Higher Self. Many report such results as relaxation, improved clarity, inner peace, mind-body-spirit harmonization, personal progress, mastery of karmic lessons, and soul's purpose discovery with the practice of Reiki. Enjoy a warm, restful session that restores self and soul. Unlike massage, clients remain fully clothed and no lotions or oils are required. Reiki utilizes light touch or a hovering of the hands, so no body contact is necessary to receive this service. Our Reiki sessions are suitable for all ages. Reiki can also be performed on children and small pets. One hour session $50
Vibrational Balancing
This modality of holistic practice utilizes the five senses to balance the chakras, clear the auric field, and balance the subtle bodies for proper circulation of chi and kundalini. The power of sound, scent, color, touch, and thought are used to attract positive energy to the client. Tuning forks, music, affirmations, guided imagery, aromatherapy, energy healing, and gemstones may be incorporated into your session in accordance to your individual needs. One hour session $50
Spiritual Healing
As inspired by the teachings of Paramhansa Yogananda and other Masters Aruna's Spiritual healing session is a blend of practices from many spiritual traditions and Master Teachers, and is heavily influenced by the work of Yogic principles. Your practitioner will incorporate prayer, mantras, energy healing, and sacred readings, and lead you in guided visualization, breathwork, and other methods to help you surrender to the highest healing vibrations. One hour session $50
