For those of you new to the benefits of holistic living, we recommend all new clients begin with this service.

Our Wellness consultation consists of an extensive evaluation of your diet, lifestyle, stress, and personal practices and their impact on your health and well-being. Identify the proper foods, supplements, and practices most helpful for achieving optimum wellness in accordance to holistic, Ayurvedic, and spiritual principles.

90 minute session $ 60

Body Energization™

This modality of holistic bodywork is available exclusively at Aruna.  An invigorating blend of reflexology, Ayurvedic head massage, and acupressure, Body Energization™ is assisted by the use of crystals and gemstones, breathwork, and essential oils. This service works to remove blockages and imbalances, detoxify emotional buildup, and enable the meridian system to properly assimilate and circulate chi.

Unlike traditional massage, clients remain fully clothed.

One hour session $50

Arunaflexology™

Arunaflexology™ is the merging of Reflexology, Aromatherapy, and Spirituality.

Imagine soothing stones and fragrant oils caressing and stimulating the reflex points of the hands and feet. Includes a sacred foot washing and anointing of holy oils for holistic and spiritual well-being.

One hour session $50

Traditional Massage Therapy
